What is your return/exchange policy?

We have a 5-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. For more details on how to start a return and the process involved, please refer to our Refund Policy.

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process before shipment. Processing times may vary during sales, holidays, or busy periods. We'll notify you promptly in the case of any unforeseen delays.

Orders are shipped through an external logistics partner (Delhivery or similar) and we use standard shipping at this time, which means shipments are delivered within 5 business days to any destination across India. For more details, refer to our Shipping Policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all credit cards (VISA or Mastercard) issued in India. In addition, we also accept payments using Debit cards, UPI, Netbanking and Electronic wallets. You will see the list of options available on the payment checkout page.

How do I cancel/modify an order?

We do not have a self-serve option to cancel/modify an order at this time.

However, you may write to us at admin@cliqbasket.com if you wish to change/cancel an existing order. If we receive your request within a reasonable amount of time and the order has not been processed by that time, we'd be happy to attend to your request before shipping it.

If the order has been processed/shipped by the time we receive your request, the best option would be wait till you receive the item and then return it immediately within 5 business days.

How can I track my order?

Once the order is processed and ready to be shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number. You should be able to track the shipment using the link provided in the email.
